The same day I spoke to them, they came to pick up my car, and deliver the one I bought. Overall experience was great - from the initial call in to delivery which all completed in less than a week. If you buy Mercedes-Benz I am sure you are aware of the high maintenance fees. It took over a week for them to diagnose and repair a speed sensor. It is what it is.... at least the people who work there are friendly!

I am new to the Mercedes brand and Alex took his time explaining all of the features and answered all of my questions. One of the first Black on Tan arrival in Canada for the S-Class Long Wheel Base was at this very location. It was a successful happy purchase. Fast forward to 2020, I wanted an upgrade. I was on the waiting list to purchase the 2021, however after seeing visuals that the classic interior had been changed, I was on a desperate hunt to find a 2020 Black on Tan, as I am in love with the original classic interior. After calling several locations I was basically brushed off and given the impression that; tough luck you’re gong to have to settle with the 2021 as there are absolutely no more 2020’s available as they’ve stopped production. At this point I was worried because I’m very picky, and wouldn’t drive any other car! I called the St. Catherine’s location which is a couple of hours from my residence so at this point I didn't care about distance and location. Alex Evans took the call. At first, he was having a small challenge in locating this vehicle right away but said, Leave it to me, give me a couple of days I will see what I can do. Alex actually took the time out, went the extra mile, and located a brand new 2020 Black on Tan with literally little to no km!!! I was ecstatic, grateful, filled with joy all at once.
