I recently bought a used Mercedes from a Toronto dealer but I live in St. Catharines. I was hesitant to book service at Performance in St. Catharines, worrying that they might not be very cooperative since I bought the car in Toronto. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG !!! I traded my Tesla Model Y with a Mercedes GLE450 at Performance Mercedes in Saint Catherine. The guys were very good, since I live in Toronto, I didn't have a chance to show them my car in person, but they accepted to purchase my car just from a photo and a phone call without seeing it in person. The same day I spoke to them, they came to pick up my car, and deliver the one I bought. Special thanks to Alex Evens and Kyle for managing this trade, everything went very smoothly and effortlessly.

Overall experience was great - from the initial call in to delivery which all completed in less than a week. Jessica and Kyle worked really well as team and provided an exceptional level of support throughout the process. The car itself was prepped really well and the handover experience was seamless! If you buy Mercedes-Benz I am sure you are aware of the high maintenance fees. It took over a week for them to diagnose and repair a speed sensor. It is what it is.... at least the people who work there are friendly!
